There are all kinds of ways to go about creating a Character Reference Post. We have a generic one here that we would like you to fill out for the Information part of your character.


=BASIC INFO=
Full Name: (The full name of your character)
Nickname(s)/Alias(es): (Any other names your character goes by)
Pronunciation(s): (How their name/names are pronounced. This is optional)
Age: (How old is your character? )
Gender: (What does your character prefer? Girl/Boy/Either/None )
Sex: (The biological sex of your character. Female or Male )
Species/Breed: (What IS your character? )
Voice: (What does your character sound like? This is optional)
Birth date: (What day was your character born? This can be day created or chosen birthday! )
Age at Death: (If they have died, or are undead, how old were they when they died? *Optional/NA*)
Date of Death: (What was the day your character died? *Optional/NA*)



= PERSONALITY=
Personality: (How does your character act and their select traits? )
Embodying Quality/Idea: ( What is the thing that makes your character keep going? )
Likes: (What does your character like? )
Dislikes: (What do they Dislike? )
Fears: (What does your character Fear? *This one is optional* )
Weaknesses: (What is a weakness your character has? *This is not optional. You must list at least one thing. If you don't, your character will not be eligible for role play due to god-modding. * )
Strengths: (What are the strengths of your character? )
Special/Significant Belongings: (Is there something close to your character that they have? *ex. Ring, Necklace, Stuffed bear, etc.* )


= PHYSICAL and HEALTH INFO=
Height: (How tall are they? *this can be rough, doesn't have to be exact.* )
Weight: (How much do they weigh? *can be rough estimate.* )
Body Type: (What kind of body type do they have? *If unsure, Google body types.* )
Markings: (Any special symbols or patterns they were born with? Or they gained as they grew up? )
Material Markings (formerly "mutations"): (Any special things that make your character stick out from others like them? )
Jewelry: (Do they wear any? )
Piercings/Tattoos: (Do they wear/have any? Describe?)
Scars/Distinguishing Marks: (Have any? Describe?)
Any physical disabilities/diseases/ailments: (Do they have anything that can relate to how they move or other things? *ex. Broken leg that never healed right causes limp.*
Any medications/treatments: (Any sort of treatment for the above or any other things)


=RELATIONSHIP INFO=
Relationship Status: (Are they single/married/dating someone/etc ? )
Spouse/Mate: (If married, who to? )
Children: (Any offspring? )
Children's Statuses: (are they alive and well? or maybe dead? )
Parents: (Who is your characters parents? *Optional* )
Parent's Statuses: (How are your character's parents? *Optional* )
Sibling(s): (Do they have any brothers or sisters? )
Sibling Status(es): (How are they? )
Any Other Important Family: (Are there others that your character may consider family? )

Rank: (What position would your character hold?)
Skills/Techniques: (Special attacks or use of attacks your character may have. )
Special Powers: (Certain attacks that don't come from using a weapon or bare hands. )
Weapon(s) of Choice: (What weapon does your character prefer to use? )
